If client cancels for any reason from this date on, 50% will be charged to the above card. If the client doesn’t show at the marina at the time and date of the reservation this will be a full charge on the credit card. If customer cancels within 48 hours the reservation full charge policy will apply. We are not responsible for seasickness return. Please take seasickness precautions. Rain is not a reason for cancellation, if for any reason the Captain cancels the charter there is no penalty charge. I agree in all terms above. | |
